Returns Policy

1.  If you have changed your mind and would like to return a product

If you are a business customer, then you are not entitled to a refund if you have changed your mind.  We may charge a handling or restocking fee if we agree to receive goods back.

If you are a consumer (not buying in the course of business or profession) and have bought products from us over the internet or phone, then you are entitled to cancel an order and ask for a refund within 14 days from the day of delivery, in accordance with 'Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013'.  This applies even if you have opened the goods to inspect them.

Additionally, the following conditions apply to all returns:

(a) For consumers, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancelling the order.

(b) For business customers, as mentioned above, we do not accept returns if you change your mind.  However, if at our discretion we decide to offer to accept a return, then you must pay any handling and stocking fees that we quote.

(c) You are able to provide proof of purchase if we ask for it, such as a copy of our invoice, delivery note or your proof of payment. 

(d) The goods are in 'as new' condition and have not been used or installed.

(e) The goods are returned in the original, undamaged packaging with any included accessories.

(f)  You send the goods back to us and pay the cost of transport or postage.

(g)  We will only credit or refund the price you paid for the goods, excluding any original shipping cost that we charged when we sent the goods to you. 

2. If a product is faulty

If a product is found to be faulty, then you must notify us within 28 days of delivery.  We will exchange it and we will pay the cost of transport or postage incurred in sending the replacement to you.  If we are unable to source an appropriate replacement, then we will refund the price you paid for the goods.

If we ask for proof of purchase then you must provide it, such as a copy of our invoice, delivery note or your proof of payment.

Faulty items must be returned to us and you must pay the cost of transport or postage.
